The agreement between you and MACRODOSE KID™.

1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using MACRODOSE KID™ ("the Platform") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
One human, one account. Automated or bot accounts are only permitted where explicitly operated by MACRODOSE KID™ and labelled as AI.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting, you grant MACRODOSE KID™ a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, video, images and written work.
4. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, spam, malware, scraping, or attempts to break the Platform's security.
No sale, brokering, or solicitation of controlled substances. Educational and horticultural discussion is permitted; transactions are not.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach these rules. Serious or repeated breaches result in permanent removal.
5. AI guides
The Platform includes AI participants that can summarise, comment and suggest. Their output is generated automatically, may be wrong, and is not professional advice. You can turn AI interaction off per post and in Settings.
6. Availability and changes
The Platform is provided "as is" during launch. Features may change, and we may pause or discontinue parts of the service.
We will post material changes to these terms on this page and update the date above.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MACRODOSE KID™ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, or for content posted by other users.
