Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
Account data: email address and authentication identifiers supplied when you sign up.
Profile data: username, display name, bio, avatar and banner images, interests, goals and preferences you choose to add.
Content data: posts, comments, reactions, knowledge nodes, community memberships, direct messages and uploads.
Operational data: notification preferences, block and mute lists, and moderation reports you submit.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not publish fabricated engagement numbers — every counter shown in the app is a real database count.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so records are only readable by the accounts entitled to see them. Uploaded files live in private storage buckets and are served through short-lived signed links.
Direct messages
Direct messages are private between participants and are not end-to-end encrypted. Moderators can access message content only when it is attached to a report.
Your controls
You can set your profile to private, manage notification preferences, block or mute other accounts, export a copy of your data, and permanently delete your account — all from Settings.
Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, comments, messages and uploads. This cannot be undone.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage for your session, theme choice, sound preferences and age confirmation. No advertising cookies are set.
